Cancellation Policy: A 24 hour cancellation policy is in effect. If transfer is not cancelled more than 24 hours before pickup time, transfer is charged in full.
Limo Bus & Limo Reservations: We highly recommend you bring your own auxiliary cord as we are not responsible for bluetooth issues.
With submission of credit card information, client agrees to all terms and conditions.
To Meet Your Driver at Logan International Airport:
Per Massport and the MA State Police, drivers are not authorized to leave their vehicles, at any time.
Please follow the directions below based on the Terminal of your arrival aircraft. Your driver will have a sign with your last name on it.
Terminal A
Please exit out doors in the baggage claim area and follow the crosswalk to the limousine stand at the furthest island from the terminal to meet your driver.
Terminal B
Please exit the terminal from the baggage claim area and cross over the yellow crosswalk into Terminal B parking garage.
Terminal C
Follow signs to Level 2 of Terminal C using the escalator or elevators. Upon reaching Level 2, proceed through the skywalk/bridge to the bank of elevators. Take the elevator to the Ground Level-Central Parking Garage.
Terminal E (International Arrivals)
Exit terminal on the lower level and cross over to the pedestrian walkway to the 3rd island. The limousine stand will be on your left.
All deposits are NON refundable. Company (Kon Limousine Service) is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while on charter and will only be responsible for substituting an equal or larger vehicle. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to vehicles caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 100.00 for each carpet or seat burn. Sanitation fee is 250.00. Drug use is prohibited by law. Any fines will be paid for by the customer. The driver has the right to terminate run without refund (if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Smoking is not permitted in any vehicles. Wait time will apply after the first 15 minutes of prearranged time described on the run sheet. Not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.). Not responsible for articles left in the vehicles. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

- DRINKS ARE FINE BUT FOOD IS NOT NOT ALLOWED.
